Hearth Restoration ("Hearth," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2) ScopeThis policy covers personal information collected through the Site, including web forms, chatbots, and call-back scheduling. If you are a business client or vendor engaging our services under a contract, additional terms may apply.

3) What we collect
We collect information in three ways:
A) Information you provide directly
Contact and identity data: name, email, phone number, company, role.
Service request details: property address, loss type (e.g., water, fire, mold), photos you upload, insurance and job context you provide.
Communications: messages via forms, chat, email; call recordings/voicemails when applicable.
Preferences & consents: marketing opt-ins, cookie choices.
B) Information collected automatically
Device & usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type/version, pages viewed, time on page, referring/exit pages.
Cookies and similar tech: for functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. See Section 8 (Cookies & Ads).
C) Information from third parties
Advertising/lead partners: e.g., Google (LSA/Ads), directories, or referral platforms that send us inquiries.
CRM/communications tools: data routed through our service providers (e.g., site forms/chat, email delivery).
Public/enterprise sources: business contact data or property information related to a service request.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information on the Site. Please avoid uploading medical or other sensitive information unless strictly necessary for a service request.

Inquiry/lead data: 24 months after last interaction, unless a project is opened.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use caution when sharing information online.

Delete information, subject to legal exceptions.

Opt out of sale (we do not sell for money, but some states define “sale” broadly).

Limit use/disclosure of sensitive information (we do not collect via the Site).
Appeal our decision if we decline your request (where applicable).
How to exercise: email info@hearthrestoration.com with your name, contact info, the right(s) you want to exercise, and your relationship with Hearth. We may verify your request (e.g., by confirming control of your email/phone). Authorized agents may submit requests as permitted by law, subject to verification.
Colorado, California, Texas and other U.S. states: If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with “Appeal” in the subject. If you are a Colorado resident and remain unsatisfied, you may contact the Colorado Attorney General. California residents may also use an opt-out link titled “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” on the Site when required.
Marketing: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. We may still send transactional/service messages.

10) Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11) International users
If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
